How Gigeasy uses data to customize benefits for gig workers

GigEasy uses fractional leadership from Bramble to design a ground-breaking Health Cashback insurance benefit for its members. Serving as GigEasy’s Head of Special Projects, founder Ann Boger has worked hand-in-glove with their team to make data-informed decisions on benefit design and pricing while coordinating a range of external partners necessary to bring the vision to life.

“We began with a simple suite of surveys to gain insights into what matters most for workers across three broad industry verticals,” explains Ann. “Then, we triangulated that data with our experience in the industry and the available product options from our partner to create customized benefits unique to the Gig Easy platform.”

An early-stage startup within Platform Studio, GigEasy is making better safety net options available for gig and on-demand workers who often lack access to employer-sponsored plans and cannot afford traditional benefits on their own. Together, we’ve expedited the new program’s time to market by satisfying third-party due diligence for our carrier partner and addressing road-blocks head on.
