Bramble and Bird has been selected as Maycomb’s hiring partner to implement a flexible candidate screening process rooted in anti-bias methodology. Through resume review, scoring matrix and first-round interviews, we provide a friendly and inclusive experience that allows high performing candidates to learn more about the Maycomb mission, vision and culture and for our experienced team to evaluate the relative “match” between a candidate’s experience and interests with open positions.

To date, we have successfully sourced Maycomb’s first Financial Operations Analyst, and are currently reviewing candidates to fill the following open roles:

Communications and Investor Relations Analyst
